✔ Do you have any space for distraction? A room or area? 
 

A: Yes, there are two or three playgrounds inside the condominium, but inside the apartment there is no space for distraction! 

 

✔ Is coffee included?
 

A: No, but the rooms have a minibar and a separate menu. 

 

✔ Do the rooms have a TV?
 

A: To try to keep as quiet as possible,

none of our rooms have a TV.

 

✔ How do I do when I arrive?
 

A: Today we are a team of 7 people and we work 24 hours, so there will always be people on site, in addition, to facilitate we will ask you to call or send a message when you are about 5 to 10 minutes away from the site to allow one of our collaborators estar  waiting for you at the check-in address,  to welcome you.

✔ How long is it from the airport to the accommodation?
 

A: The airport is 4 km away, approximately 10 minutes, quick and simple to get to.

✔ When I arrive at the address, how do I do it?
 

A: Upon arrival at the check-in address,  , one of our employees will greet you, direct you to the apartment and present the accommodation.

✔ How to do self checkout?
 

A: We will send you a self checkout video, with all the instructions for performing your checkout,  without us!

✔ I will arrive at dawn, will there be someone to receive me?
 

A: Yes, we receive it during the day, in the afternoon, at night and at dawn.

✔ I have an early morning flight from GIG Airport. Do you have airport transfers or can you arrange a taxi for early morning? Thanks ?

A: Although we don't have a shuttle service yet, considering the current date, 26 July 2022, we can refer a trusted friend to transfer, large car or small car, depending on your need.

✔ Do all rooms have a private bathroom?
 

A: There are rooms that have a private bathroom and there are rooms that the bathrooms are outside the room.

✔ How much does parking cost and how big is it? Our vehicle is 3.20 meters high and 6 meters long ?

A: Parking is included in the accommodation, it is inside the residential condominium, surrounded by the walls and gates of the condominium with 24h security, the spaces are not marked, the parking is only for guests who are staying, yes it is possible to receive the vehicle from you.

✔ From what I understand the quadruple room does not have a private bathroom and kitchen, they are shared with other guests, is that right? ?

A: Yes, correct, we have accommodations where the bathroom is inside the room, and we have accommodations where the bathroom is outside the bedroom, none of the rooms have a kitchen inside, the quadruple room has a bathroom outside the bedroom.

✔ Hi, good morning, is it possible to check out at 10pm? my flight leaves at 1am (in the morning), thank you?

A: We ask for the room to be released by 11 am, as the next check-in is after 1 pm. If available, we can grant check-out after 11 am and check-in before 1 pm. But we can't promise not to generate expectations.

✔ I would like to go out just a little after 11 am, do I have to pay a full night?

A: Depending on the time and availability, we can do this as a courtesy, in other situations we will charge a fee of 40 to 70% of the daily rate for late check-out.

✔ Hello, good evening, is there an option to reach an agreement for approximately 20 days? The truth is that I'm backpacking through Brazil, but I don't have much money?

A: Yes it is possible, please contact our reservations department.

✔ I fly to the GIG at 0:30pm. Is it possible to check in so late?

A: Yes it is possible.
